The Improvement Factory® was founded end of 2007. Our goal is to help organisations with the reduction of losses and enable them to implement sustainable solutions. We are making use of proves systems like TPM, WCM, Lean and Six Sigma.
Our roots are in the beverage industry. After a thorough experience in operations and project management we were the initiators of TPM in a famous beer multinational.
We do know about all complexities that rise during the implementation.
The theory of a continuous improvement program can be found in books and learned in courses. The implementation, however, is a different ballgame!
The help that is really needed is more than a course or a nice slideshow.
Next to thorough knowledge of continuous improvement, finance and change management our drive is our passion to enable people in getting sustainable results.
