You're only successful if everyone participates and feels part of the process. Too often we see ‘Lean projects' where only a few people understand what it is. Also good communication often proves to be a stumbling block. We take care that first things will be done first. Window dressing is no part of our vocabulary.

Keep it Simple

Don't make it harder than it is. TPM/Lean is no rocket science. Everyone must be able to understand. We only use charts and text if it adds value.
